Nova Scotia Multifest
During my time volunteering with Nova Scotia Multifest, I connected with many people, learned new skills, met new people and had an amazing 3 day journey helping people and the Nova multifest along the way!
On the very first day (training day) I had gone a few hours early to understand their system and surroundings before preparing myself and got to help them set up along the way. Spending my time there, I learned many things and built many skills like organizing, creating, selling, giving a hand, having a positive attitude and handling situations even if they were uncomfortable. For me, this experience was a reminder that there are all kinds of people in the world, but as long as you keep calm and do your best, everything will turn out fine!
